ARTIST STATEMENT
My practice is multidisciplinary and conceptually driven, examining the ordinary through processes of recontextualization and reduction.
Drawing from Pop Art, Minimalism, and the legacy of the readymade, I transform familiar consumer objects and cultural imagery into singular forms that invite closer attention. By isolating and reframing these recognizable images, I explore how they accumulate meaning beyond their intended function, becoming symbols of memory, desire, identity, and cultural value.
Existing between celebration and critique, my work embraces ambiguity, encouraging viewers to reconsider their relationship with the everyday and the shared visual language that shapes contemporary life.
